Nikki Sims in Customer Service is what is getting the 5 stars, she was fabulous. The issues with the delayed delivery and lack of notifcations to set expectations was poor but beyond Nikkis control.

I love the Orchid Intrigue Bathe Gel, but you stopped carrying it in larger size. The 10.5oz is too small and doesn't last very long. You had a 20oz size before. Please bring it back. .

Fast shipping.

The Rainbath gel makes lovely bubbles that last and my skin soft. Because if the horrific snow storms we have been having, there was a problem with my delivery. Carrie at Customer Service provided excellent service and was really caring. She even took the time to follow up after delivery.

It took 2 weeks for delivery! Kept rescheduling delivery date.

Bought 4 bottles of the Orchid which sadly is being discontinued.

It took along time to get my order.I've been using the shower gel and usually order the gallon size and 2 of the 21 oz.or 600g.Ordered last Feb. 3,2025 and recieved February 21,2025,that's a long time for a delivery,first they sent me an email,it should be delivered by 10th of February.These are great stuff ,I've been using this for 25 years now.Only I'm happy with the delivery service.
