My experience is divided into Two parts: PART A….when my Vitabath product that I ordered arrived it was not what I ordered and I was frustrated by not being able to actually call someone on the phone. Maybe a rating of 1/2 Star. 😬 But then 😎PART B…My email was answered by the fabulous customer service representative Carrie-Ann Moreau of Marketing and Sales. ✅ She resolved my problem quickly, effectively and in a kind, friendly, respectful and supportive manner!!! 👏 I would rate her 10/10 Stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vitabath is fortunate to employ her!! 👏👏👏👏

I found the scents that I wanted, plus a couple of new ones that are fantastic! Everything was packed and shipped with care; they even popped in a hand lotion as a gift which was extremely thoughtful!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Nothing wrong with the product or shipping time. But *Two* out of the *three* 32oz bottles of spring green vitabath gellee that I ordered leaked during shipment. What a mess!
