Wish I'd checked the reviews before placing an order. No response to emails via website or to messages via PayPal after 2-3 days. Two weeks later, not a single response to messages. Something very wrong with this one. Hoping PayPal will refund the money in the next week or so. Definitely don't rely on this place for any Christmas gifts.

Avoid like the plague. Don't answer emails , dont give out information. Absolute joke. Only got a response once I wrote a bad review in Google. The response in Google from them indicated that the complete order had been fulfilled it has not. Whilst 2 items have been delivered the third seems to have been completely forgotten about. As they took the money in advance this is next to comical. The communication from this place is terrible. Order placed in August it is now October. Silly me order was placed in June.
