I have given a 3 star rating due to the fact 1, the false availability of stock in shop on your website. 2, the lack of communication when order is in shop for collection and no reply to emails when asked for confirmation, managed to get through after 2 phone calls. The customer service when face to face in store couldn’t be more helpful, just please reply back to customers emails to reassure them about their orders as a 5 star would have been given.

Advertised wrong item, so sold and sent out the wrong item. When asked was just told advertising error I have to package back up print a label and take to an Evri posting place and then when they get the item back they will refund me! In the meantime I’m at a loss for money and it appears no care given by this company? First and last time to use these people. Appreciate mistakes happen but it’s how them mistakes are dealt with after is what counts

I purchased a blind for my camper van. The size was perfect and the product was very good. The packaging was damaged although this did not affect the product. I was disappointed that there were no instructions and that only by searching google did I find a tip on installing the sides the correct way up.

Motorhome cover faulty but refusing refund Motorhome cover, leaking in from day one, told if it came back would go to manufacturer to see if faulty. Even though pictures sent. As other buyers have said. Seems oblivious to uk law. DO NOT BUY FROM A SMALL BUSINESS LIKE THIS AS IT SEEMS YOU HAVE NO RESPECT OR RETURNS POLICY IMPLIED

We live locally and it was great to find a supplier with good prices on several items I needed. Too good to be true as there are rip off Caravan dealers who never have what you need in stock. I phoned and checked and everything was in stock. I went down and made the purchases. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very efficient and helpful so was the order taker. She couldn't have been kinder, the guy on collection was superb too.
