Event Shelter arrived promptly with great communication - Slight issue with courier but otherwise first class service - Great Price and good quality air shelter

I ordered an air awning and upon erecting it for he first time, one of the air beams had a puncture and would deflate. I contacted the company to make them aware of the fault and was expecting a battle and to be told to contact the manufacturer. Instead, I had a prompt response from Lois to say she would be in contact with the manufacturer on my behalf and would get back to me. Within 24 hours, I received a response to say it’s all been sorted and the manufacturer is sending out a spare part directly to me. It is so rare nowadays to experience this level of customer service as often companies do not care about customer service aftercare. A truly great experience which could have been very different had it not been for Lois. Thank you.
