Great service fast delivery

I ordered an Outdoor Revolution Sofa late in the afternoon, and received the item the next day at 13.21 hours. What a fantastic service well done team very impressed. The following weekend I was able to try out the sofa at my caravan. Having inflated it on the Friday and on the Saturday an arm rest had deflated having a fault on the seam. I contacted UK Camping on the Monday and following advice from Sam took photo's and emailed them back on the Tuesday. Later that day I received an email from Lois to say they had sent them to the manufacturer. Today Lois emailed me to say a replacement arm was being sent to me direct from the company. Total Quality of service is what the customer always looks for and you get it with UK Camping. Thank you Lois & Sam for your support and kindness when I needed it. You are credit to your organisation with your friendly and considerate approach to customers. I will contact you for all my future purchases as and when I need anything for my caravan. MP9529 Air Sun Canopy Shelter For Caravans & Motor... Purchased the above product from this company, we had it up once and it looked great. Being an inflatable product I followed the instructions to inflate to 6-7psi. Being experienced with inflatable camping products I inflated it to 6psi taking in to consideration it’s summer months and room is needed for expansion however after a couple of hours the bladder ripped through part of the seem in the beam, this looked like a weak point. I’ve tried twice to get in touch with the company to receive a replacement as I do think it’s a good product however the company are ignoring my comms. I will take further action if they don’t resolve my complaint.

Recently purchased a 'privacy room' for the Fiamma 45S and used it for the first time this week. Brilliant product, consists of two side panel and larger front panel that slides into the awning. Great addition to the awning and VW transporter, use as much or as little of it as you want. Arrived ahead of schedule with a great choice of colours, easy and quick to put up, great find!!

I used Uk Camping and Leisure to buy a self inflating mattress for an upcoming camping trip with my wife. After searching online and researching I made my decision. The website is very easy to navigate with all the necessary information and dimensions. I got email updates for delivery status, delivery date and who the delivery company would be. Delivery emails kept me aware of likely time. This turned out to be next day delivery. Overall I am very pleased with the service from UK Camping and Leisure and would definately recommend them.
