The bulbs came when they said they would and were in great condition! They even came with a pamphlet with lots of info on how to plant and care for them.

Very good customer service. My bulb shipment had to be delayed by me. The gals in customer service worked with me and made it happen. But then my shipment got mixed up with another person and I received that instead. They always got back to me right away in the whole process. Just one recommendation I have. It would be nice if a customer who preorders months in advanced would get an email to inform customer what the approximate shipping date would be as soon as you know. So that like in my case the shipping date could be rescheduled earlier than at last minute. Even if shipping didn’t need to be rescheduled, this communication would be even better customer service I feel. Thank you for all your assistance!!
