I used Medway law to sell my mother’s retirement apartment. Everything was going well then the staff member dealing with my case left. I don’t think the hand over was handled quickly and efficiently and I lost the first sale. I managed to sell again and made a point of chasing them more. They weren’t great at keeping me up to date. Then COVID 19 lockdown happened and I was passed between handlers. It has now been completed but was very stressful. I do feel they could be in more contact with the client.

I sold a house by auction. I was directed to Medway law through the estate agents. I found the service exceptionally good. Everyone i had dealings with i found to be very efficient and pleasant to speak to. The sale was because of a bereavement and so very stressful but Medway made the whole process easier to get through. I cannot thank everybody enough

Used the conveyancing service to sell a house. Communication seemed good at first but the company made basic admin errors including not saving on file key documentation relating to personal ID and property legal pack. This led to frustration for the buyer and some delays. Would not recommend.

Very unhappy with the service I received, they were not ready and left it to late in the day and missed the completion time delaying my completion by 1 week, they had all the information needed from me a month before. Terrible communication, I was constantly chasing and was not informed at the end of the day my property hadn’t completed, I was left over night, not having a clue what had gone on... I sent an email complaint to senior staff and to this day haven’t heard back from them, I would not recommend you use them unless you enjoy being stressed and having to chase them all the time only to be promised a call back and never receiving it.

Absolutely dreadful. No communication, I was constantly chasing, when told I would receive a call back or an update by a certain time I NEVER did, they will tell you any lie to get you off the phone... A simple sale of an empty flat that sold at auction on in December is STILL going through.. delay after delay!... I would NEVER use this company again and I would NEVER recommend to anyone. I paid a lot of money for this 'service'. My particular solicitor, Sarah-Ann needs to be put on a customer service course, because she's beyond a joke!
