Have been playing at Tombola now for a few years and I must say it’s one of the best bingo sites out there. Tend to spend time in arcade recently and love the new games they have introduced.

Please do not insult players intelligence by instructing the CM’s to lie about the changes. NEVER in the history of Tombola ( been playing a very long time ) was there ever a £0 in a bonus round. It’s the norm now. Also the bonus payouts have dramatically reduced. Pretty abysmal to be frank. A £2 bonus when it was Tombola got you north of £200. Under Flutter now it’s the norm to get £6. The CM’s are programmed to lie & say there’s been no changes. Absolute nonsense. Flutter has torn apart a once brilliant site. One of the best in the UK. It would struggle to make top 15 now. But a FOI act is on going. I’ll update when I’ve got results. We’ll see if there has indeed been changes. I don’t know why you just don’t tell the truth & admit it!! The CM’s themselves are meh. Not a patch on the unfairly made redundant ones. They made playing enjoyable. This lot are repetitive robots. “ who’s got pets. Who’s having a roast. Who’s going on holiday. Used to be so many, now you have to practically beg for one & the answer is mostly “I’m not quizzing this shift”. I suppose you’ll say this hasn’t changed either!! They Hardly quiz on any shift. If you can’t see how much you’ve changed a once brilliant site. You are doing nothing more than lying. This site was born in the North East & was amazing to its players in more ways than one. You’ve just made it another generic all take, no play hardly any returns just like the other rubbish ones out there. Your generic response will be abysmally robotic too. Sums you up. Tombola used to be good on bingo 90 but I can't remember the last time I won on there & for all the time I've been playing I've never won big.

This company has decided to close my account, and hold my £500 in. Saying that I had an account before wich i wasn’t aware about it, however they did let me play for couple weeks and provide all my documents that they asked . I have deposited multiple times, and when I tried to withdraw my money the decided to close my account . I just want my money back as this seems a robbery !

Disappointed in myself that I recently build my winnings to £200 but got greedy hoping I would win jackpot champion as the big amount would be life changing for my family and enable us to move from our tiny flat to a house but my luck was not in and I gambled it all away not tombola fault my own stupidity thinking I was on a winning streak.
