What can I say except CON, CON, CON! I spoke with customer services a few weeks ago and queried why payouts on the Lost Kingdom reel game were only paying out some symbols, despite having many linked - as is accepted in their game rules. I was told to provide evidence, which I did (conveniently, you can't access your game footage) so I recorded my play to show Tombola the error. This has now been met with my account with Tombola being terminated because I breached their terms and conditions about recording footage, even though this was not mentioned by customer services when I informed them of what I was going to do. So instead of addressing the fact they are under-paying winnings and conning people out of god-knows how much money, and rectifying the issue - they terminate my account. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour and misconduct on Tombola's behalf. I've now raised this with IBAS and the Gambling Commission and awaiting a response. Avoid Tombola unless you want to be conned out of your money. Read and listen to all of the other complaints, they are all accurate. What a joke of a company!

Joined Tombola arcade for a change from my usual betting / slots sites . Although originally i was disappointed with the visual / play aspect of the slots onsite seemed a bit basic tbh, i have noticed your money seems to last much longer than other sites and the wins are more regular 🤷‍♂️. Withdrawal is real quick hitting your bank too so no complaints apart from the basic visual side mentioned (but who cares if your winning )only usually play slots so cant comment on bingo etc . All in all seem to be playing here more now so I’ve must of got over my original visual issues
