This was very much an amateur concert in terms of the music itself with a range of ability of the musicians themselves, the cello player being the excelling musician. Whilst the booking process itself was simple, for the price, the standard of the performance did not meet expectations which was particularly disappointing as the tickets were a special gift for us. We had printed off the tickets but the venue had a record of our booking. The venue for the Mozart concert was beautiful and the room was warm. We were welcomed by the hosts.

My trip was amazing and was way beyond my expectations. The concert was booked for my 60th birthday and it was fantastic. Thank you to Vienna concerts for making it easy to book. Will use you again when we come back to Vienna.

Very reliable. I booked online in England and collected the tickets from the box office when in Vienna. Good seats and an ease in buying. This site is recommended and reliable.

Wonderful Concert

Reliable and responsive service. I emailed an enquiry regarding whether my child could watch after purchasing the tickets, and for one of the concerts, the service officer emailed back to tell us that the child’s rate is different and they would refund us. True to their word, they did. Very impressed and grateful as it was our first time buying concert tickets in Europe and we had a good experience.

Excellent performance and infra worked well

Easy to use website with good information about the sort of performance you are booking. Confirmation arrived promptly and electronically. On the evening the arrangements seemed a little amateur eg allocation of an actual seat and while drinks at the interval were mentioned these had to be paid for. The invitation to comment comes with a "20 euro" gift voucher but mine actually says it's for 10 euros. For an extra few euros on the ticket price a glass of fizz in the interval could be included, and the front of house team on the night needs a little more training/support.
