The online process for obtaining the tickets for the desired concerts was straightforward and easy to negotiate. The confirmation of the bookings was quick and the tickets were delivered well ahead of time.

Good organisation of the event. The quality of singers was good but not excellent. The soprano singer was rather weak.

One of great experiences I met in Austria. Staffs controlled the atmosphere of venue unlike other concert halls full of tourists.

User friendly website, easy to navigate among various concert/event possibilities and to buy ticket.. to improve: send QR code on e-mail so printing tickets will not be necessary (I had forgot to print it at home so on Saturday it turned to be an adventure, almost "mission impossible" to find printer)
