I was asked for feedback but unfortunately have not received my order. I ordered a gift on 10/11/2020 for a Christmas present and it is now 1/3/2021 and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. If I ever receive my order, I will leave feedback.

I was really looking forward to the coasters I had ordered as a present but as soon as they arrived the order was wrong with the wrong designs and text on each one. It was really difficult to get hold of someone especially to ensure I could get the correct ones by Christmas. I understand mistakes happen but as an online business you should have a quicker response rate to customers especially during the Christmas run up.

Delivery was swift and the product itself was amazing , it had my sons birthday on and is a very sentimental gift indeed, as we never imagined we would ever be so blessed to have children. The quality is fabulous and worth every penny , I also opted for the gift wrapping( for £3:50 , I would highly recommend) which really added to the gift with some labelled pieces of leather attached to the bag !
