I ordered a key ring but when I checked my confirmation email I realised I had made an error. I contacted Create Gift Love about this and I was contacted very quickly and my mistake was put right. I was delighted to receive the key ring and was delighted with it's quality. As a result of this, I ordered two more and I'm delighted with these too. I would HIGHLY recommend and I plan to order more in the future.

I ordered the personalised keyring a few weeks ago for my boyfriend as a Father’s Day gift from his daughter, allowing extra time for delivery uncertain of the current pandemic situation on how long it would take for delivery. When the personalised keyring arrived, I was surprised to receive it so fast as it only took two days after ordering. The quality of the keyring is also better than the photo does it justice in the photos. This was my first time ordering from Create Gift Love and it definitely certainly won’t be the last. The quality has definitely exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

Wanted something personal for my mum so she had my dad, who passed recently, close to her all day. So thought the key ring with gift tag was perfect. Arrived within 2 days but without the gift tag. Called customer service & they resolved by sending out the gift tag a couple of days later. The guy I spoke to was very sorry that this had been forgotten & sent it in the post.
