Great customer service provided by Katrina. She was always responsive and was able to solve my issue. Because of the great customer service, she provided I will be purchasing more items from them.

Sadly, this company does not take pride in the quality of their products or customer satisfaction. Paid almost 2,000 for a sectional that was delivered with a manufacturing defect that prevented the legs from being attached. I also paid for the warranty. I notified them within 24hrs expecting them to replace the sectional, but instead was told they would send someone out to repair. It can not be repaired without compromising the sturdiness of the structure. It's been a week and we have no furniture to sit on. I did not pay $$ to have a repaired refurbished sofa.

I had a terrible experience with TOV Furniture. All four products I ordered arrived damaged and were of poor quality. It’s clear their quality control is severely lacking. The furniture was poorly made, and dealing with this company was nothing but a headache. I cannot recommend TOV Furniture to anyone—avoid at all costs!

I will never buy from this company again. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my WORST Enemy. I was really hesitant because I never heard of this company and I should have trusted my gut. We purchased a dining table in November as a Christmas present and didn’t receive until 2 months later. We went out of town for a week and when we came back and opened it up, one of the pedestals were broken. I said to myself surly they would fix this since it was not my fault. I emailed them twice about the damage and no one responded. I then called and talked to MJ and she assured me they would make this right and to fill out a claim. I filled out the claim and then Mariela emailed me that we were supposed to let them know within 48 hours of delivery and they would not do anything since it was over that time, even when I stated we were out of Town. I never saw this policy when I purchased the table and she said it was on their website somewhere , not sure where. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she stated they can call their repair person and they can offer me a discount of $85 an hour to repair an already broken table. Chloe stated she was the shipping manager and then I asked to speak to the customer relations manager and she stated she was that manager as well and there was no one above her that can do anything about fixing this issue. Chloe did not even bother to compromise and the offer she made about calling their repair person, when they would still charge me $85 was absurd. If it was $50 I would understand, but it was over $1,000. Also the extra money we spent on a two year warranty was a joke and they would not even cover it under that. This was all highly upsetting and that is why I said to stay clear of this company because they don’t back their product up.

We wanted to return the product when we first got it because it looked very different from the pictures online and were told we couldn't do that because we opened the package. (We were obviously only able to see that they looked different after we opened it). They were also missing the legs. It looks very cheap, the color was off and the handles on the drawers were much bigger than shown. At the time we were told the legs which were supposed to come then would definitely come within the month. It's now close to 3 months later and we still haven't received them.

I'm kind of blown away at my experience with TOV furniture. I purchased a *beautiful* dining table and have had so many unprompted touch points with their customer service team - they've reached out numerous times to keep me updated with delivery time lines and to check in and make sure I'm happy, recommend upgrading shipping at a discounted cost to make delivery/set up easier, etc. I've never had a company take the initiative to reach out and make sure I'm a happy customer. Besides having beautiful pieces for purchase, their customer service is top notch. Will absolutely purchase from them again. Big thanks to the TOV team!!

I ordered a beautiful kiddush cup and saucer from Tov. It arrived with a chip on the rim. After I sent them photos, they sent out a replacement. I'm very impressed with the customer service and ease of handling this issue.

Horrible product quality. Horrible customer service. Expect to keep dirty boxes and damaged products in your living room for at least 4 weeks before placing an order. I bought a nightstand few months ago. It arrived damaged. They refused to exchange it or give me a refund because they have the "Right to Fix" their product. They told us to keep the dirty boxes for 4 weeks while they figured out what to do. Eventually, they sent a technician to fix it. The technician took two seconds to say he couldn't fix it. He even admitted he didn't understand why he was sent when the damage was clearly beyond repair. Gave them another try this time. Ordered 4 chairs. 3 of them arrived scratched, stained, and with holes in the cushions. The same process all over again. Now, we've been keeping the boxes for almost 3 weeks. They emailed us, saying they will be sending a "stain remover." Called immediately to ask how can a "stain remover" fix holes and scratches. Now they are sending us the technician. Only took 3 weeks this time. Disgusting. The worst part is their customer care team doesn't care about complaints at all. No matter who you talk to, no one listens. Instead, they force you to keep the damaged product because of their "Right to Fix" policy. Oh, and if you want to return the damaged product, you'll have to pay for the shipping fee, because again, they have the "Right to Fix" their product. Once you place the order, you MUST keep their product whether the product is damaged or not.

Please be careful when you order from TOV they will deliver a damaged furniture to you and they will refuse to change it or to refund it. Very poor of customer service.

We just bought the Serena velvet large sectional in light Grey we love it!! The couch fits beautifully in our space. It's light and airy and provides just the right amount of style we were looking for. There is plenty of room to host company. The delivery and assembly was fairly quick and easy. One glitch was that one of the legs wasn't lined up exactly to be bolted in. My husband had to use a special tool to expand the hole so the bolt would fit in. We would still purchase tov furniture again in the future.

I would HIGHLY recommend to not order from TOV. We had multiple issues, and while customer service on the surface appears to be nice, they do nothing to make customers whole and put the blame on (eg the delivery company) when things go wrong. Examples: 1. The delivery date on the website was significantly different than when we actually received the furniture. I feel like this is done intentionally, to lock the customer in. West Elm, CB2, etc have much more realistic delivery timelines and set correct expectations upfront. 2. When the delivery team arrived, they weren't as careful as we'd hoped. They left marks on our freshly painted walls from their hands and from the furniture box. Their hand marks are super visible on the walls and we sent TOV photos of it. TOV's response was they are not responsible for the delivery company and we should deal with them separately, call a random phone number. Great customer experience indeed, one party pushing the blame to the other. It was not us who chose the delivery company, it was TOV. To summarize: stay away from TOV and save yourself the headache. Never ordering from them again.

MJ was so helpful!! We had some transit damage to one of the chairs we ordered and we have a replacement coming ASAP. Great communication from the team and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the chairs that came in.

Although I haven’t received my first TOV order I wanted to be sure and thank TOV and specifically Aaron, Aaron has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service and has assisted me in furnishing my space. I will definitely continue to use TOV . Beautiful furniture I can’t wait to see it in person!!!

TOV has absolutely killer customer service. My order was shipped in record time. When the carrier had difficulties delivering to my townhome, Dean took matters into his own hands and got the delivery back on track! His professionalism and perseverance truly made me a POV customer for life. When I received and assembled my bed, unfortunately I was shipped slats for a king bed and not the queen bed I’d ordered. Dean was again quick on the draw and spent an entire day bending over backwards to find a solution. I am so thankful for his help! Of course, I ADORE the 2 products I ordered and am so excited about my new bedroom decor. Thank you TOV, specifically Dean and Ashley, for your great customer service!

We purchased a coffee table, dining table, and stands from TOV last year. The coffee table arrived very damaged which TOV resolved with us immediately. However, the dining table was assembled by the delivery company and seemed great at the time. However, recently when we merely tried to move the 72" Arianna dining table a little, we heard a crack and the pedestal has been wobbling since. At closer inspection, the pedestal was cracked all around. We believe it was delivered this way and not disclosed by the delivery people. The pedestal must have also been damaged in transit or during assembly because there is no reason it should have cracked like that upon trying to move it. When we contacted TOV about this, they denied any remediation since our 1 year warranty ended 2 months ago. They also do not have any replacement pedestals so now we have a $1400 cracked and wobbly dining table.
