United States | 20 February 2025I ordered a dress for an upcoming event, the size I ordered was a little tight, so I contacted customer service to order an exchange they made the process so easy and smooth. I shipped the original dress back and showed proof. next day they shipped out the exchange. Waiting on the new dress now but i can rest assure if there are any issues with fit that it will be a hassle-free exchange. Their dresses are all beautiful we will be using ever pretty in the future . It was all done via email which made it easy on me. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. you all were amazing. thank you so much.

United States | 20 February 2025Dress came wrinkled and wrong color shade. It was difficult at first to get a response. I finally went to chat and got an answer. It cost me 17.99 for shipping. I would have to spend probably more to send it back plus insure it because they said they would not be responsible for anything lost by courier. It was about a $40 dress. I didn't think it was worth it. I gave it to Good Will.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2025Couldn't fault ever pretty. I ordered six dresses for my bridesmaids. Two of which were the wrong sizes when they arrived and I needed to exchange them. The exchange process was simple and straightforward despite people telling me it was complicated. I had to do their online chat a few times and they were patient and friendly and helpful! Paticularly John who I spoke to quite a few times. The dresses are stunning and I'm so haply with them and the service was amazing. Thank you ever pretty!

I had to return a dress due to size and it was so easy to do and refund was quick. I would say definitely size up as sizing can be little on the small size.

Communication is very poor the shop itself is run by girls who look like they’ve barely left school totally unprofessional and still waiting for my order which was ordered 2 weeks ago!

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025The dresses are okay, you get what you pay for and shipping is pretty fast considering they're coming from outside of the UK. However, do beware that getting a refund is a bit of a nightmare (even if the dresses are bad quality / not as described). You have to email for an address, then pay for the return yourself, then they take a further 5% - 10% off the fee. Also, the measurement guides are really inaccurate too. Stick to your usual dress size, not their measuring guides which put my friends and I about 6 sizes bigger than we are typically, and the dresses were HUGE when they arrived!

The dresses are beautiful and very high quality with a great range of styles and colours. I only had to return my orders due to the styles and colours not suiting me, and the returns process was so simple and the team are very helpful! Unfortunately the style didn’t suit but Ever pretty was so understanding and the refund policy was very easy and smooth. I have since ordered more dresses to try on.
