I ordered the Short Sleeves Leaf Sequin A-Line Midi Formal Wedding Guest Dress in 2 colors, I very much loved them both even though I haven't worn it yet I found that the quality was inconsistent between the 2 colors. I had issues with the zipper and reached out to the company. Customer service was very responsive and gave me options to keep the dress but they would refund me a portion of what I paid or I could exchange it and get reimbursed for shipping. I chose the exchange, the new dress still had problems with the zipper but was much better than the first. I initially didn't receive a refund for shipping and reached out to customer service. Again customer service was very quick to respond and resolve my issue. I do think the dresses are a bit overpriced.

Shocking company , no refund on 2 dresses , I then sent for 2 more , sent 1 back only got half a refund ….. would I recommend this company 100% not It’s a shame as the dresses are beautiful

The dress I ordered from you is totally wonderful. It was a special order size for a short, Reubenesque, woman in her late 60’s -me. It flattered me in a way I never believed possible. Your attention to detail & your choice of fabric is so beautiful. I appreciate the quality of the workmanship & attention to detail make this dress very special indeed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I bought 2 dresses on the website and when they came, they looked very cheaply made and smelt like hot glue. But in addition they were too big. The company purposely makes it difficult to find the return the process. When I tried to return the dresses, the company continently made up that the dresses were clearance dresses and therefore they couldn’t be returned. When I went back to the website, there is nowhere where it said that it was a clearance item. I even wanted to do an exchange but they declined. They stopped responding to me, even when I went on IG to speak to someone, they didn’t respond. Don’t waste your money on these people

Really pleased with the dresses ordered for my bridesmaids. I had to send one back and it was an easy quick process. Customer service was brilliant. I would definitely recommend :)

I accidentally ordered without applying a discount code, I contacted customer service and they rectified and refunded the difference in 24 hours. The customer service so far has been excellent.

I am very happy with my recent purchase from Ever-Pretty. The dress fits as expected based on the size chart, and the dusty blue color matches the color on the website. When I emailed the company with a question, they quickly and kindly responded to me. The dress arrived in the mail in less than a week, which was exciting. I will gladly purchase from Ever Pretty again in the future.

1st dress had a slight rip in but messaged. And were very prompt. Very helpful and a replacement was sent within a week. E. Mails replied to quickly. Now have a great dress for my 40th wedding vows from A LAYTON

Great customer service! Needed help exchanging for a size up because I didn't measure before ordering. They were super helpful and fast with their responses! I was able to exchange my dress and received the new dress a week later! And the dress is gorgeous and definitely nice quality!

Returns contact email not responding! Ordered a dress and need to return it (within the terms listed on website) but am getting no reply at all from the customer service email address listed. Tried multiple times last week and this week. The dresses are expensive for materials used and I had an expectation that it would be delivered quickly as it said dispatches in 1-2 days. It was not made clear it was dispatched from China! Took a couple of weeks to arrive. Please help on returns team responding!

Customer service is pretty quick here and responding. I had to exchange my dress.(I hated the fact that I had to pay for shipping to send the dress back to exchange it, but it is what it is. I knew this was a thing it was in the exchange when I was reading it) the new dress size I got fits better and I will be wearing it to a work function. This lit on the side. Does worry me a little bit. I’m going to see if I can maybe so that a little bit more. However, this dress is pretty very stretchy and gorgeous.

Initially ordered via third party and was struggling to return (had ordered multiple options!!), emailed customer service who replied right away and provided me with a label. Was able to order further options directly which arrived speedily and lovely quality, lots of colour options too!

The customer service term were excellent, quick and very helping when I needed to exchange a dress I ordered for a bigger size. Delivery is also very quick too.

I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from Ever pretty and I fell in love with them all as soon as they arrived. Unfortunately along the way I ended up a bridesmaid down so I messaged customer service who were absolutely amazing and set up a return, when the girls tried them one, there was one that needed exchanging so I messaged again and it was no trouble at all, they changed my return details and sent instructions of how I needed to return. I took the dresses I was returning to the post office, emailed proof of return and within 2 days I had my money back. I got another dress for the exchange and all is perfect ready for my big day. Dresses are true to size too once on. Would highly recommend!

I needed to return a dress as the size was a little small. Easy to return, and money once they had received turned up in bank within time they stated. My advice order one size up. 2nd dress ordered was perfect.

The worst experience ever. I bought a dress, didn’t fit me well, wanted to return and they wanted me to send them my body measurements. Why should I share with you my private information? Then they said I have to pay my return shipping. The dress was extremely expensive and overpriced! Never shopping with them again and telling my friends not to buy from them.

I ordered a couple of dresses to try on but neither fitted so obviously I needed to return them. The customer help service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. They answered each email promptly and even set up the exchanges I needed without having to reorder. These exchanges were with me within 3days of returning the original order. Excellent service!

Ordered two dresses. They were lovely but unfortunately didn’t fit. I was a little apprehensive about the return process as you have to email for an address. I have to say though I was impressed how quickly they got back to me and refund issued no problem as soon as I sent proof of postage. So I would now be happy to recommend and would definitely shop with this retailer again now I know the customer service is good.
