I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jack Williams, a solicitor at HJA - in relation to the arrangements for my making my Will - since the beginning of December 2019 when I attended the HJA offices for an initial discussion. I let matters slide after our initial face-to-face meeting, and then the first Covid lock-down intervened, then I didn't make any firm decisions once it was over, then the second lock-down occurred. In all that time, Jack has been regularly keeping in touch with me via email, without ever trying to unduly pressurise me into completing the necessary documentation for my Will. We finally completed matters at the beginning of November 2020, and - due to the second lock-down, Jack undertook to personally certify my Will and send me copies from his own home.
