Extremely unprofessional, they outline a process to collect your data and information then they give you a defined process that requires a large upfront payment of money. An incredible way for a law firm TO handle itself. No integrity or transparency! A company that only replies to good reviews, tells you all you need about their customer service and integrity. P.S I have emailed you with my communication with your team. I am well and truly on your records! I got an apology but nothing was done to put it right ! They did not even look in to the discrepancy in communication between lawyers and breach of data protection !

Having fractured my wrist in 2015, I was under the care of a hospital. Whilst initially their treatment was fair, my following appointment from the injury was horrendous.
