I put in my order, TLF Apparel received and accepted my order and payment went through. Then several days later, as I am waiting for my order to arrive, I get an email saying that apparently that item is out of stock and cancelled my order :( at least I did get a refund

Not the same color (top and bottom)

The fabrics are high quality, plus they were on sale, I mean huge discounts that was the gravy on top. I brought some oversized hoodies my husband was wow periwinkle that is beautiful color I’ll take this one, my daughter was like mom I get my great taste on clothes from you soooo. She grab a bunch of my leggings, I had to go back to the app and ordered some more items. Needless to say I won’t show them when they arrive.

Clothing is well made, holds up well even after heavy use, and looks particularly good on my wife ;)

I received three shirts and each one does not fit well. They all have pointed tips on the shoulders that do not lay down or make your shoulders look rounded… they look absolutely dreadful and I cannot wear them because it looks embarrassing and I feel like I’ll poke my eye out or someone else’s! I received one Large and 2 Medium when I ordered all Medium shirts. Then I was told I cannot return them because they were on sale. TLF you got me, I fell for it and that’s bullshit on you. I enjoyed your clothing especially the shorts however now this has left a bad taste in my mouth and you have lost a customer. I know a few people who model your clothing and will be brining this up to them too.

The initial SMS and email sign-up welcome bonuses seem deceptive. I couldn’t get the 15-20% off as advertised. They may be “points” you accrue instead of discount on transaction. Then they said use a code. It was only a click-thru email button. No retroactive discount given after reaching out to customer service.

I feel comfortable with joggers.

Bought some shorts and shirts. Washed them together and a red shirt dyed my white shirts completely pink. I sent photos and addressed issues to customer support, and they replied with instructions on how to machine wash clothes.
