Price...Price...Price. Not inexpensive. Can't afford to buy any longer UNLESS I get a deal or coupon

The products felt like good quality. I washed my sports bra and the logo peeled off as soon as I picked it up out of the washer. I reached out to the website and have yet to hear anything back. Otherwise, the leggings are comfortable and not see through.

I will say that TLF has comfortable and fun colored clothing, but I am extremely disappointed with how they handle their customer service. I had a $200 gift card that I had received and added $210.96 of clothing to my cart. I added my gift card and credit card to the checkout because I would be needing to pay the remaining $10.96. TLF charged my credit card for everything and did not apply the gift card I had added. I reached out to the company numerous times and they refuse to refund my credit card and take the money from the gift card. I am extremely disappointed and will not be buying from TLF again. Not only that but my items were damaged! I will be returning all items to TLF- buyer beware dealing with this company.

Wow just the quickest and best customer service ever! I made a mistake with my payment and it was not an easy fix. After emailing them I got an answer within 15minutes. Problem was solved in an hour! Very helpful and customer oriented!

Awful. walmart quality shorts and absolutely dreadful customer service. Do not buy here I won’t go into my experience but it’s been a nightmare trying to get the shorts I ordered returned as customer support offers no solution other than automated replies.

Horrible quality of work out clothes . Cheap material , not true to the size , overpriced . I just threw into the garbage the pair of work out clothes that I bought from this company . Cheap quality , never again will I buy anything from TLF

Put a negative negative negative negative one if there was a choice this company has scam so many people they took $104 out of my account that I never made! I was in the hospital having a procedure an outpatient procedure where my stuff was locked up in the first place I get out I’m in recovery laying there waiting to be released and looking at my phone I noticed charges on my phone on my account that I never made popping up please everyone beware block these people all these reviews are for fake reviews to incite you to think they’re a real company. They are being indicted by the federal government and have a huge charges with the Better Business Bureau. They are a fake company that’s still you blind I sent them information without my card crap number on it smartly because that’s what they’ll ask you and they claim that they can’t find any account but yet the numbers keep rolling I had to get a new card because it continuously try To buy stuff with my information. They are nothing but a broke ass scamming, ignorant fools that will be spending the rest of their life in federal penitentiary for fraud and wire fraud. Please please please do not buy anything from these hoods.

I paid 25$ for this SHIPPING METHOD: FedEx International Priority (2-4 Days) And they send with usps, which probably will come in a few weeks or maybe next year.

My most recent purchase with them was about 2 months ago and I bought the genesis workout shorts due to the good reviews displayed on their website. They're advertised as "camel-toe free technology" which is a huge lie and their leggings and shorts run pretty tight/too compressive. I didn't see a single review on their website with anyone else pointing out these issues so I decided to share my experience. my review never got posted after receiving an email that it would be (there's no reason it would've been denied since I kept it appropriate and relevant). I believe they're not being transparent about their products and reviews considering they have very few displayed and 9 out of 10 are rated 5 stars. Keep in mind this is a very well known brand so it's expected of them to have more product feedback. This is all frustrating because I depend on reviews when purchasing products and this is definitely like being lied to.

I ordered 6 different items for my husband in preparation as a fathers day gift. It was a pretty sizeable order and their standard shipping is expensive. I received my order with a shipping confirmation stating that my entire order had been delivered. When i opened it, i was missing half the order, of which were the most expensive items. Intried calling their customer service but they have pretty limited hours (M-F ending at 5pm EST) and i had just missed them going into the weekend. So i sent in an email ticket. Someone got back to me early that week stating that the item (not items) was out of stock and there were no other colors available in that size. I emailed back for a refund but then followed up with a phone call because my gut told me i needed to. I did speak to. Very nice rep on the phone but the issue wss that they really didnt seem to have any clue which items i had received and those that i didnt. They never alerted me to out of stock items, so if i hadnt contacted them, im pretty sure they never would have credited the money back. I cant even speak to the quality yet as i havent opened the actual items, but their shipping control leaves much to be desired. Unless the shirts I got my husband are out of this world would probably not chance again.

I bought some pants from these guys and went off the Sizing guide which ended up being too small, so naturally I returned them. A few days later I realized that my refund was $15 short of the original purchase price. Apparently I'm liable for shipping charges for their incorrectly sized product. It's bad customer service if you ask me. I've returned items to other apparel brands and never had to cover shipping costs.

This review is to replace a review that TP removed claiming my review wasn’t real. Despite me providing ample evidence p of my purchases they didn’t even have the manners to resolve the issue. I’m a guy who adores wearing leggings, and all girly clothes in fact, but especially leggings. TLF Arctic and Diamond leggings are fantastic, shiny, stretchy, very comfortable and have the added bonus of being seamless, so great for guys.

I just received my order of two pairs of All Star shorts and I’m super pleased with the fit and fabric. I’ve been hunting high and low in the UK for decent shorts to wear to an indoor gym - for weighlifting and general workout purposes. I didn’t realise that TLF returns are not free outside of the US (my bad, always check the small print huh 😀). As I wasn’t familiar with TLFs sizing I ordered S, M and L of both colours I chose. In the end, then, my two pairs of shorts have worked out as pretty expensive given the £26 cost to return the shorts I don’t need. TLF also accidentally included an extra pair of shorts that I didn’t pay for - I wish I hadn’t been so honest (I returned them) and just kept them to sell and cover the returns cost! Duh. I’m glad I like the two pairs of shorts as much as I do! 😉

The quality of their clothes is amazing as is their customer service. Usually I do not need quick shipping but this time I did. Since their was a delay they graciously refunded my shipping. DO NOT HESITATE to order from this company. Their clothing is top notch and is their custom service . I felt they work with you until you are satisfied.

Awful customer service, specially John Rafael who was extremely unprofessional when processing a refund. If I was the owner of the company I would fire him for unprofessionalism and treating customers poorly. Took 1 month to get a refund and had to get my bank involved because John Rafael did not replied to emails or phone calls. Don´t buy anything from this store.

So I love Lululemon Athletic wear and this Brand has to be one of the closest quality product I have purchased. Due to the price point is arguably better. I will say after reading the other reviews, I haven’t had to return or exchange so I don’t have that experience. Shipping is on point and doesn’t use COVID as an excuse to delay shipment. I highly recommend this brand and I have no affiliation with this company. Lastly, I never write reviews so take it for what it’s worth. Keep it up TLF! Thanks, @lorussofit4all
