If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. I requested a return label for some shorts my partner had bought for me, but customer support told me the shorts had already been returned and refused to issue a refund, claiming they had marks on them. The photos they sent me, however, showed a completely different pair of shorts than the ones I purchased! I then sent them clear pictures of the actual shorts, which were in perfect condition, but they continued to argue with me. It’s not just about not getting a refund—what’s worse is that they falsely claimed I had already returned the shorts when I hadn’t, despite my initial request being for a return label in the first place. It’s a frustrating experience that feels completely disregarded. Very disappointing, TLF. Do better!

I'm still waiting on my Gift Card. I'm not certain why it was not immediately sent to me electronically after the purchase.

Great quality mostly. There was a good sale, but many others offer free shipping without having to spend so much to qualify. I do love your athletic clothing though.

Always pleased ! I have been wearing TLF for about 4 or 5 years now and recommend the brand to all my friends. Durable, colorful, and fits like a dream. Size Small, 150lbs, 5'9".

Fit was perfect. All arrived Hella quick and wore some that day. Looked good one last time before hitting the bulk heavy.

I made my order, that was confirmed, but in a few seconds later was cancelled for no clear reason. I did it again and the result was the same. That was awful!

Customer support has been fast at responding. Purchased a lot of great items from the sale. Mistake with an item that was probably at fault by the manufacturer. They sent me a replacement of my choice. All the items have been comfortable and fitting. Only 1 short was a bit larger but will wear an oversized. I will add, the measurements are true, ordered XL in everything. And im generally a L to XL. XL is very fitted for those that are curvier.

I’ve been buying TLF for almost a decade now. Being a personal trainer, TLF is my favorite brand that lasts my all day, every day uses. They’re quality is why I choose it, but I’ve never had issues with their consumer service either.
