Never received the package. TLF policy before they can make a claim for lost package is a customer has to wait 7 days from the day fedex stated packages were delivered. I paid for 2 day shipping ( fine print is 2 day means 2 days for it to leave TLF facility so don’t waste your money just wait for snail mail. They won’t refund you the shipping fee for the inconvenience. Terrible service policy really good clothing just disappointing that customer service was crap. No refund yet either on even the purchases so I may have to fight for my hard earned money of 130.00 bucks. SMH

I got some items from the app under the 5 for $75 deal. When my order came in, there was a missing item and the customer service team got in contact with me really fast after I brought it to their attention and they offered me several ways to make up for the mistake! My item was shipped in like 12 hours after I reported the issue and Tamasha was straight to the point, which I appreciate it. I usually don't review but I like the clothes and the people really make the difference for a company for me. 10/10 will but from them again.

as always my order was canceled Ive been trying to purchase from you guys for several years but because my credit card is from Costa Rica and Im shipping to the States to an address of a family member my order gets canceled immediately after I place the order I really wish it would let me buy clothes

I have made several purchases from TLF and have loved everything. My favorite thing about TLF is that the clothing does not loose it's elasticity or quality after washing and drying.
