Having Parkinson's this sheet makes moving and rolling over easy. Sheets are very generous and​ fit beautifully​. Very happy with them.

Placed an order for a pillow. After a couple of weeks I tried to check on the status of the order but the order number emailed to me kept returning an error that it was a bad order number. Had to call twice to speak with someone about it. The first time I called I was told the pillow would ship the following Tuesday (about 5 days from the call). Called back the second time to check on this status, same deal, old order number and new order number I was given still showed nothing had been ordered. When I told the salesperson that if my order didn't ship that day, to just cancel it, it finally shipped. Poor experience.

Product as expected but exchange policy should be free shipping back to you if exchanging item for another color.

I don't have a complete experience at this time. I had to return the item and have not yet seen a refund. Hopefully the refund will come soon.

Items arrived quickly. I have only had them in the bed for a few days but they fit and the colors are true to what I expected.

Great bed skirt--looks wonderful. We had no trouble putting it around our king-size bed and it stays in place during bed-making.

I had to return an item which was super easy, except they gave me a PO Box to return it, which only the post office returns to PO Box. It cost me $45 to return a $99 item. I wasn't very happy about that. But the quality of the product was exceptional.

My overall experience was positive. However I suggest for them to keep in Stock the advertised colors of the bedsheets. We had to make a return and exchange due to improper color. I did not like that I had to pay $13 mailing charges for return n exchange.
