The pillow that I purchase is moving around inside of the casing which means that I have to reposition it every morning. Not good.

I started buying satin bedding 10 years ago from this site and it is the most durable, luxurious, comfortable bedding you will ever sleep in. It can be washed(delicate setting)+ dried(on cool setting) over and over, and looks + feels just like new every time. Just buy it. You will not be disappointed. Very satisfied customer.

Product was delivered on time, nice quality & a perfect color. Very pleased. Unfortunately, customer service was not the best. I was put on hold three times & never talked to anyone. On the last time, she was again too busy to help so I gave her my phone number & she never called back.

I ordered two eyelet bed skirts and shams. They are perfect! And, I was amazed at how quickly the order was processed.

The service was good and the people were nice. When the dust ruffle and pillow shams ordered arrived, I realized (my fault) should have been cream instead of white. I returned them k owing that the cream was backordered. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. It's been almost 2 months and still no order. I'm not waiting much longer before I ask for my refund. The folks there were nice.

I am very happy with these sateen pillow cases and I love the color. It said it had hidden zippers, but I was not prepared for it to be a placket on the back of the pillow case 4 or 5 inches in. I can only use the pillow on one side because of it. Also I would not like to put my face or head on the hidden placket. I needed these because my regular pillow cases were rubbing a place on my ear and creating a sore, these pillow cases have taken care of this problem, no more sore ear. The wash up beautifully and dry beautifully.

I have ordered from this company a couple of times. The items are of a good quality and it is the only place I have found where I can order twin size fitted sheets and a king size flat sheet to fit my adjustable bed. I ordered 6 items and received them within 3-4 days. I sent an e-mail asking about an item that was not in stock and received an answer the next day telling me when it would be available.

I have not received my full order which was placed on 3-8-17. I messaged from the website-no response. I then placed a phone call and was told I would get a call back the next day,but not did not. Not a great experience for a first time customer.

Love them. Well made and the hidden zipper works for us. Great product and I highly recommend them ... . They weren't really expensive but we did buy some about five months ago from a different vendor for less money and they fell apart at the seams.
