I have just renewed for another year. I cannot give a complete assessment of them because I never had any complications in the first year. But I can rate the customer service experience I had with them. I have just come off the phone with a Customer Service Representative named Emily. She definitely set the benchmark for professionalism. I must say they I have always been impressed with their Representatives. I would highly recommend them.

Worst insurance company. Used this company for past year and soon as I have non fault accident they don’t want to offer me another quote for the renewal. Also company told me to accept liability in order to gain a new updated quote and get insurance from themselves, so I did and now the same company can’t offer me any quote and have put something on the system, which is not allowing me to get any insurance quote which is leading me to be out of work. Worst company ever to do that to a customer of theirs. What sort of right frame of mind company does that?
