United Kingdom | 11 February 2025This is the worst company ever to get the insurance with con artist I took out insurance out for my car but had to cancel it due to selling the car paid £389.74 deposit only had car on cover 18 days and after paying them £389.74 deposit still had to pay them an extra £63.00 to cancel the insurance policy I had extra options on it such as key cover and legal cover which I paid for the hole year didn’t refund any of that money back.They also charged me to set up direct debit even that I was paying the finance company for my direct debits they decided to charge me as well also cancelling fee and interest on 18 days cover for the whole of the policy amount which was £2800 a year so please stay away from this company of insurance In the end I payed £452 pounds for 18days car insurance please read there terms and conditions and ask them before you go ahead with the car insurance because they liar about it afterwards and deny this and miss lead you example I spoke a customer service team on Friday to ask about cancellation the policy and she worked it out and said that if you were to cancel it on Friday you get a £ 48.00 refund from your deposit you paid spoke to them on Monday and they said I owed them £62.00 to cancel explain that I was told that I would have go a refund on Friday less 2 days more cover for Saturday and Sunday and today I owe you £62.00 pounds or we sorry about that back the agent you spoke to didn’t know what she was saying (now how many times do you hear that from company ) so please be very careful from this company on Google there reviews are very bad anyway so again STAY AWAY FROM THEM rb

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025Further to the last review I have since spoke to them and they have refunded my illegal card transaction , but due to this action it’s impacted my business affairs so I have made a request to be compensated makes you wonder how many time this company doing this and to how many people , they have no sympathy or empathy or they focused on is the money and the commission. Very abrupt on the phone again different person blamed the I.t for any error and accused me of putting the phone down with his colleague which was not so , totally no what I signed up for .

United Kingdom | 05 February 2025My business partner had a van insurance policy with this company got diagnosed with stage 3 cancer hit financial difficulties which I helped her with these . They then sent 3 letters in same post stating they was canceling the the policy. As of 4pm mon. They then rang just rang this morning on my partners phone who is in hospital getting treatment spoke to Aaron on phone tried to explain the situation but Was met with hostility and arrogance put phone down then bloody rang me on my phone and started again when I said she was at hospatial and I was dealing with her stuff and why had they taken unauthorised payment by card which was my business card and he was just not intrested all he was banging on about was having to talk to the policy holder . Told him he was as sympathetic as a wet weekend in bignor Regis and told him I’d come on here
