Ordered a refurbished product; arrived with crucial parts missing. I asked for missing parts to be sent, but the product was no longer in stock, so they issued a refund. While disappointed about the missing parts, the customer service response was both prompt and courteous. Hard to find good CS these days and so I would keep that in mind when considering purchasing from them or a competitor next time.

I ordered a very large Kilner's canning jar (74 oz) and when it came it was completely shattered. I was so disappointed and called customer service - the rep I spoke to was very nice and arranged for a replacement to be sent. I had so much stuff taking up space on the kitchen counter, and one of the worst offenders was a bulky wooden knife holder. When I saw the under cabinet pull-down magnetic knife holder I knew I had to try it. We love it! Knives are out of view and don't take any space on the counter anymore. In addition, it was very simple to install.

I also purchased the Swiss Diamond | HD Fry Pan with Stainless Steel Handle - 9.5". It is the easiest pan to clean I have ever owned - and there are no handle bolts going through into the inside of the pan!
