I purchased a replacement k beater for my Kitchenaid pro lift. Item arrived in great shape. I used it already and it is heavy duty and worked great. Much better, now O don't need to worry about coating coming off in dough. Would buy from merchant again.

I received my order of 2 pizza stones, both with broken handles. When I wrote customer service they responded quickly and shipped 2 more out. With the new shipment, one of the stones arrived with a broken handle. I immediately sent pics and requested a solution. At this point, I agreed to a refund. I am still waiting on it. I have emailed several times and am simply not receiving any replies. According to my cc, I have not been credited. I was so happy to have found these items, and then so disappointed to have them ruined. Being ignored now waiting on a refund is just plain rude and a hassle to contact my cc to open a dispute. After writing this review, I was contacted the next day and received a refund.

I love the product and customer service, always patient, friendly, and helpful. Product is great, unfortunately I used a steak knife on one and got a scratch.....I guess I should save steak knives for other type of dish? I thought these would hold up to it, but frankly, I hadn't thought it through. It's not bad, though. Thanks in advance for your advice/ opinion.

I was very happy with the orders that I made here. I found out that they were an authorized dealer for the brand that I wanted, and the manufacturer was out of stock on the items I needed. I ordered one night, and the order was shipped by the next morning. There was an issue with an item being sent to the wrong location, but that was UPS issue and not Everythingkitchens.com. I've ordered from them twice in the last month and I am ecstatic with my purchases. And to boot I got free shipping, a discount, earned points and redeemed points. It doesn't get any better than that! I will check here first for any more kitchen purchases. I HIGHLY recommend them for your kitchen needs.
