I have bought from you before and have always been satisfied with the service. The products are good in my experience. The return policy is okay, although I had to spend about half of the cost of the last item I bought to return it (my choice, it was too big for my purpose).

I have done business with Everything Kitchens before and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate the ease of ordering and the packing it is always done well, the staff is also very friendly and accommodating if you have a question.

My original order shipped and arrived quickly. We found that two of the items were broken during transport. Likely not the fault of the seller but Everything Kitchens replaced the broken items immediately and had them shipped out the same day I emailed them proof of the damaged delivery. Great customer service!

I recently had a terrible experience with Everything Kitchens that I feel compelled to share. My wife bought me an expensive cutting board for Christmas, (over $200) and after realizing it was too big, we decided to return it. However, Everything Kitchens refused to refund our money, alleging that we had intentionally sanded down the cutting board before returning it. This accusation left me speechless. I don't own a sander and have never sanded anything in my life. Plus, why would anyone do such a thing on an item they wanted to return? Despite our efforts to resolve the issue by contacting customer service twice and escalating to a manager, the company maintained their unfounded claim. It was only upon receiving the board back that we discovered it was in impeccable condition. It was dusty, but a wet paper towel revealed it was in perfect condition. And quite frankly, an absolutely beautiful cutting board. It's really a shame it was the wrong size. The poor customer service and refusal to acknowledge their mistake have left us disappointed. The irony is my wife specifically chose this vendor because she wanted to support a small business. This experience has negatively impacted our perception of Everything Kitchens, and I would STRONGLY caution others about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent customer service! I had a little glitch with my order and contacted Everything Kitchens Customer Service. They went above and beyond to take care of my issue even though it was already in shipping--yes, that fast! My order arrived without delay in excellent packaging in perfect shape. I will definitely shop with them again!

This is a third-party company horrible customer service, misleading of what your going to get offering a product that is not what you are receiving up charging over by hundreds of dollars I went to the manufacturer website, realizing it is less expensive there than going through a third-party company. Prior to purchasing something on their third-party website do your work and save yourself the headache and money due the diligence to look at the manufacturer website and not a third-party company

You're always hesitant to try a new company but I have to say.....Great Job - Everything Kitchens! I surprised my wife with allot of items from their many many MANY vast variety of products and she was in shock! The quality, the packaging, the fast shipping, the price, I can't say enough. Forget other company's and give them a try. We weren't disappointed and guaranteed you won't either. Fyi we bought Mason Cash products and are SUPER satisfied. We will be back for more products once I pay this bill off ($350.00 worth lol) but got allot of bang for the buck.
