I had a rather difficult time completing the purchase. I had to input my personal information multiple times. The system would not accept the info, and would delete what I had previously entered. Finally, I ended up using a different computer to complete the order.

I found your company while looking for a Staub Tomato Cocotte. I had previously ordered this item from Williams Sonoma and after 2 months of waiting they sent me an email saying my order was cancelled due to unavailability. I am so glad I found Everthing Kitchens. I ordered my cocotte and received a free rooster knob! Your website is great and you have so many items to offer, plus fast free shipping! Thank you!

Packed Safely and Efficiently, Quick Shipping I ordered several Fiesta mugs and was a little nervous about how they’d arrive. They were packed safely and efficiently, none were broken. They also arrived to me very quickly which was much appreciated. I would definitely order from them again.

I purchased this item and when I received it, was disappointed to find out that it didn't measure exactly as listed. I returned it, and my return was rejected because the item was determined as "used," with "water marks and streaks all over the item, suggesting it had been used and washed in some capacity." As I didn't wash the item, this means that the item that I received was used in the first place. Customer service refuses to cooperate, even though I did nothing against policy, and explicitly wrote in writing asking that I not post a review. Take your kitchen needs elsewhere.

Company lists the product for $209. It offers $20 gift card with the purchase of the knife. But when it is added to the cart, it lists the price as $229 and then takes off $20 with the gift card.

Ordered 2 ceramic Mason Cash bowls. One arrived with a pretty good chip on it as well as an imperfection on the outside glaze. Brett offered to pay for the return, but due to my time restraints and health issues carrying a big box to UPS, I asked for a deep discount & sent photos. He refunded 50%, but did not refund any sales tax. He said he could not refund tax once it’s paid. Every other retailer refunds sales tax based on the price actually paid for merchandise! I don’t think it’s even legal to not refund tax along with the refund on the merchandise! It’s only $1.05 in taxes that should have been refunded but it’s the principle. Why should I overpay tax when I’m already taxed to death!

As a frequent customer you do not need to call me and holdup my order because you don’t know if I am me. I am not a new customer so the need for this is nonexistent and thus silly. I told this to one of your people today when I confirmed that I am me and he did the immature thing and cared about himself when it had nothing to do with him. Another company in your state suffered terrible consequences when they did something stupid also, advertising that insulted their client base. Don’t fall into a similar trap. You no longer need to confirm that I am me due to the many orders I have placed, using the same shipping address, mode of payment, etc. for mostly the same brand. Worry about the customer who has never placed an order and thus you do not know.

Like a couple of other customers, I placed an order then a couple days later got an email that my order was canceled because it was “too high risk to process”. Huh?? What does that even mean? I ordered some ceramic bowls and a tray….at least they refunded me. Unfortunately I had planned for this to be a birthday present and now I’m at a loss. Definitely avoid this website.

I ordered an expensive coffee maker with 1-3 days free shipping for a bday present. 6 days go by with my order "awaiting review." Finally a called them and was told a can wait in a queue to talk with the special person who reviews orders (for what)? I said you promised 1-3 days delivery, what the f are you people doing there? The delicate employee said you can't talk to me like that canceled my order and hung up. At least he saved me the time of canceling myself. So if you like waiting 6 days or more for a company to decide if you are good enough to receive their products, this is the site for you.

I am writing this on 3/31 after a phone call I had with a manager at Everything Kitchens. I placed an order on 3/14 with this company and they sent me the following email: Mary Moosemiller, Thank you for your order from Everything Kitchens LLC. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you have questions about your order please reply to this message or email us or call us at 1.866.852.4268 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CST. If you need to return your merchandise, you can create an RMA through our Returns Department. Your Order #XB75651 Placed on Mar 14, 2023, 9:39:37 PM They never shipped my order and never sent another email about this order but during the 2 weeks since but they did send 47 other emails. When I called about the order I was told they could not fill it because I did not respond to their phone calls to confirm I placed the order on 3/14. I found this very odd. It is the only company I've ever wanted to do business with that would not complete my online order with the credit card provided without a verbal confirmation. Unfortunately I do not answer calls from unknown numbers as is a common practice for most. I never received a text message and in all the emails they sent me they did not once ask for confirmation. I was told they can not ship an order to a new customer with a functioning credit card with out verbal confirmation. A very odd business practice for 2023. I could understand it if it was 1983. This order was a gift for a friend. I spend thousands a year on the kind of items sold by this company. Too bad I can not be a customer because they can not talk to me on my cell phone. Maybe I should have left an old land line number for them...
