So the update I received today was that dpd are looking for the parcel, yesterday I was told the parcel was misdirected and moving again. Lieing to a customer never looks good. And your telling me that ye can't resend or refund until Dpd complete there investigation. I've paid for a product and you have failed to deliver it to me. BUYERS BEWARE If ye were taking this seriously ye wouldn't have lied to me yesterday!!!!!
