United Kingdom | 30 January 2022I first used Real Boiler to deal with issues in the bathroom. I met with several plumbers and Ibrahim stood apart from the rest. He provided me with a detailed quote, sourced all the equipment required for the job (other plumbers wanted me to obtain some of the equipment directly with the Plumbers Merchant) and communicated well regarding the installation timings. On the day of the installation, he showed me all the equipment that was going to be used, to check I was happy with it. He happily answered any questions I had and got on with the job. The bathroom was tidy at the end. He is a professional & I will not hesitate to contact him again.

I'm a bit confused about the 'out of area' extra fee of £30 when their business address is only 5 miles from my address though ! All told, I'm happy with the engineer.
