United Kingdom | 10 December 2018Knowledgeable and reliable. That was my original comment after Real Boiler services did several jobs for me. Then in December the service went completely down hill. A valve on the boiler was changed then left leaking. An appointment was booked on a Friday morning I waited in all day and no one turned up at all, on Saturday I received an apology and a promise to come first thing the following Thursday. Again we waited in all day and no one turned up. I hate leaving bad reviews but that's the point of a review site. Real Boilers get your communications sorted out if you are not coming say so, before you are due to come not the day after.......
