My first experience. Honest review! I saw a car for sale at Lennox Autos via Cargurus.com. I called Lennox Auto who confirmed the car was available. I asked how the reservation fee works, and I was directed to Auto trader to put down the reservation fee. I explained to the guy on the phone I'd come down in the morning. I paid the reservation via Auto trader and planned to view the car the next morning. I literally planned my day around viewing this car. Arrived at Lennox Autos, waited almost 10 minutes whilst someone went to find the keys, only to then be told they have given out the car as a courtesy car. Wow!! No, call to inform me the car isn't there. Happy to lend out the car and sell it with additional mileage than listed. Not to mention that there could be additional damage, such as minor scratches. The explanation I was given was all cars are for sale. I think I had worked that one out, considering I was there to buy a car. Still didn't understand how they advertised the car, accepted the reservation fee, spoke to me on the phone and the car wasn't even available for sale. Of course I got my reservation fee back. Would I take my custom there or recommend them? You decide. Like my opening sentence mentioned " a honest review " I probably give zero starts Counting down from 5 stars 5 - no car to sell, why? 4 - no car to view, why? 3 - car given out as courtesy car ( answer to the above) 2 - no phone call, made me waste my time 1 - would have sold the car not as listed, for example, additional mileage 0 - see, would award zero starts if possible.

Terrible! We purchased a car, called up for more info on body work, engine etc they told us no problem with the car at all. We get there to find out there was damage to the bumper that had been sprayed in the wrong colour. Drove away engine light popped on literally seconds up the road so had obviously been turned off before hand. Long story short they took the car for 2 MONTHS! It went in and came out worse with more issues. They “fixed this” . Within 24 hours engine light was back on and after visiting our own garage there is a leak and the chain/belt is well over due for a change. None of this was listed. When we arrived we was also stung with hefty charges that added up to an extra £500!! We also was not allowed to test drive it even thought it was not blocked in by their other vehicles…Communication is ridiculous all they do is lie to you constantly! save your money and your sanity shop elsewhere !

Bought my dream car from Lennox Auto and i'm absolutely loving it. Thanks to Mehdi who was an absolute super star with his customer care and professionalism throughout the purchasing of my new car. Always answered my phones calls all hours in the weekday and weekends. Also arranged for the delivery of my car on the same day of purchase. Even now even after my purchase Mehdi is giving me best advise and customer around Warranty cover for the car. Mehdi always polite, patient and Professional at all times with me . Just because of Mehdi and his customer care I will be coming back to him when I replace this car in the near future. Thank you Mehdi

This company has a very wide range of modern low mileage Vehicles available and if you can't find what you are looking for in their stock they are willing to locate that particular brand and model you require for a small fee . Recently purchased an A7 50TFSi e. I can’t speak highly enough of the service received - 10 star service! Having taken out the vehicle on finance the team really went out their way to get me an even better deal after, saving me more money, which is unheard of in dealerships. The after care has also been top class. Prior to purchasing from Lennox Autos I visited both Audi and Mercedes dealerships and their service level and attentiveness was not on par. Wow!!! I am impressed and satisfied with my purchase.

This company falsely advertised a car! They claimed it had high specifications but when I got there it didn’t. It didn’t have half of what it claimed to have! I had also requested a test drive over the phone and when I got there it was 3 cars deep so I would have had to wait for them to move the others cars. It was so tightly packed in that I couldn’t open any of the doors fully while I was inspecting it. And finally, they massively undervalued my own car as a part exchange. Of course I had done my research before and knew what to expect for it. Absolutely disgusting with the whole experience as they also knew I was coming from far away.

Azzel gave us all the time and service we needed. He was very helpful and polite and so was his team. Can fully recommend.
