United Kingdom | 05 June 2024Submitted my application, got a text to give them a call which i did. Said they need my last 9 payslips as im paid weekly. Sent them. Heard nothing. Emailed for an update asked again to send my payslips, heard nothing. Phoned and was told iwould hear something the Tuesday afternoon. Had an email asking to send payslips again so sent them again 3 times meaning they have had them 5 times. Just had an email saying id been declined as a responsible lender!! If i couldnt afford the repayments i wouldnt of applied for the loan. Raise your hopes. Terrible service,

United Kingdom | 04 June 2024Submitted my application over a week ago. Didn't hear anything back for a few days, so I emailed in asking for an update. No response. Waited for a few more days and then called in (this is around a week now post application) and was told that they needed to reconnect to my open banking and asked if I could upload my latest payslips, so I did, but also assured me I'd get a result by 8pm that day. Of course they didn't. Called back the next day, they said they'd look into it for me and I'd hear back that day. I didn't. Called back the next day and then was asked to send in a copy of my latest payslip again and confirm another piece of information on my application. I did this. About an hour later I get an email saying my loan was rejected. All of the information I provided today was on my loan application to begin with. I called up to question the delay in the result and have been told that they've just been really busy. I don't know how true this is but I do know that they had all of the information in my application, so if I didn't qualify then why not say so then. Why make me jump through hoops... and have full, read-only access to my bank account for over a week. Something doesn't add up. I know I'll probably just sound like I'm bitter because they said no, but just ask yourself if you really want to wait a week for a decision and let them have free reign over all of your payment history while you're left waiting. Just go elsewhere.

United Kingdom | 02 June 2024I took a loan of £600 because i had no choice (because of default). This company exploited my situation and asked for £2,219 in 18 monthly instalments. i have already paid £653.32 and cannot pay further because my financial situation has worsended. They have transferred the loan to United Kash Ltd who are threatening me with daily emails and calls. I am ready to go to court and will expose this scam in the court. This is extortion. I am sure UK Law can not allow someone to execute such agreement at extremely high interest rate. if that is possible then these scammers can lend £100 to someone who is badly in need and get his signature to return £10,000. I also doubt that majority of the positve reviews about this company are not genuine. How someone can give positive review who has to pay 4 or 5 times the money he/she borrowed. it is impossible. Avoid if you can.

United Kingdom | 23 May 2024Took almost a week to get nowhere. Continually asking for my most recent pay slip. I am paid weekly in arrears but trying to explain that was pointless. Eventually was able to access the one they wanted yesterday and had to get my partner to send as I was at work and the emails all basically said I had to submit it ASAP or the application would be cancelled. After all of that and not an acknowledgement that they had received it or would assess the application they emailed me to say it was declined. Nearly a week for that! Just tell me that when you apparently do checks at the start instead of having me getting 10 payslips together for nothing. Absolute waste of time.

United Kingdom | 23 May 2024The Loans 2 Go process was a very easy and straightforward process. As a busy working professional I just needed a bit of help to tie me over with some unexpected expenses. I found Loans 2 Go adopted a very practical approach. The application process was very simple and easy to follow. There were no annoying 'an agent will call you' outcomes. All necessary formalities such as income and identity checks were simply and efficiently dealt with online as part of the application process. The very quick no-nonsence outcome decision was greatly appreciated. I was advised that it would take some time (24hrs I think) for the monies to appear. I had a worried moment that I had given the correct bank details so popped into my banking app to check, only to find that the funds were already in there ... literally within a minute! Such great service, easily facilitated and taken a great weight off my mind. I would thoroughly recommend Loans 2 Go.

United Kingdom | 23 May 2024Took out a £150.00 loan couple of years ago, paided back almost £350.00 already by DD, got a email this morning saying I still owe them £683.00. You didn't ask for my financial situation at the start, you didn't ask for proof of earnings etc. Tell you what take me to court and let the judge decide if you're business practice is legal and fair. If the judge decides in my favour then it will open the floodgates to everyone you've ripped off over the years. I also noticed that alot of claim companies are accepting you old and present customer to make claims against you, which I've entered all my details on. Good luck in court. Avoid these scammers like the plague Additional: if you carry out checks why didn't you pick up that I wasn't working and I've a number of CCJ against my name.
