Got accepted for a loan. Although the repayment price is extortionate, I got accepted quickly and it helped immediately. Only been with them for a week or so, so am not able to give a review to the fullest.

I have provided the details you requested (payslips, photo of ID and photo of me holding ID) and told I would hear back later that day. Haven’t heard a thing, tried contacting by email. Heard nothing. Shocking service.

***update edit**** Uploaded the details they were looking for and they still haven’t bothered to reply just shows you how poor this company is Applied first thing Friday morning, sent over payslips asked for bank statements sent over called around 12pm to make sure all ok was told yes all fine will have your outcome by end of day. Didn’t recieve anything website states open sat sun shut both days or nobody answered the phone. Phoned Monday claiming they never recieved the correct statement incorrect again as I have checked the pdf file and it was the correct one. Ridiculous service how you are a business I’ll never know.
