I bought an Apple Watch off Cartlow. Less than 2 months later, it just died. When it was collected by Cartlow, I was told I would have a replacement in a day or 2. Several days went by and I then got a call to say that I had tried to repair it myself my removing the screen (I didn’t and wouldn’t know how) so no warranty applies. I got several calls and emails accusing me of this. I explain that the watch shouldn’t have been sold to me if it was tampered with. Some days later, I get an email saying actually, there’s water damage so that now voids the warranty… (no reference made to watch sold but tampered with) I don’t recommend

Just to update on my earlier reviews. I have received call from customer service after 5 days from return date. They want to give back the broken unit. It costed me AED1810 and i did not get any warranty support. So please, i urge you to think a thousand times when buying high value product from them. Very unlucky buyer i am. I could have bought something from Carrefour at slightly higher value and got a refund in case it damaged within a year. Very disappointed at myself for trusting their ads.
