Fantastic company & products! I've just finished my little tin of CBD capsules & have loved them. An absolute game changer for a peaceful, uninterrupted nights sleep. I took one capsule before bed each night and off I'd drift into a lovely nights sleep without waking until the morning. Unheard of! Completely stopped my busy mind and constant 'to do' list going around in my head & even if I woke up to use the toilet I'd climb back into bed and drift back off again. I've just ordered some oil to try after some lovely communication with the company - extremely helpful, detailed and inspiring. Cannot wait for it to arrive. Oh and the choccy is pretty heavenly too!

I'm 2/3's the way through my first bottle of Gold 10% oil purchased from Bristol CBD. I bought it mainly for sleep/insomnia (as I couldn't get to sleep, stay asleep or sleep deeply) and anxiety issues. Its been 2 maybe 3 weeks since I bought it and I've used around 15 drops virtually everyday. 3-4 drops at am and 11-12 drops at pm. Taste: The Gold still has a strong smell and taste but it is smooth and I wash it down with some juice but I've gotten more used to it over time. Sleep: I'm getting to sleep almost instantly and without mental anguish. I am still waking in the night, some nights more so than others but I still get straight back to sleep, again, with no mental anguish. I'm not even bothered that I've woken. Dreams: Incredibly vivid and tangible. Particular individuals in my life have been present regularly and the dream state in general has a 'waking life' density/weight/cognition about it. Conclusion: I've found this very enjoyable and comforting. And the CBD has vastly improved my quality of sleep, my overall mood on a day to day basis and I now no longer feel stressed about going to bed. I feel confident I'll sleep. And I know I'm only waking in the night due to needing the loo or because of personal events happening in my life atm. I'm also waking up at a decent time (around 7:30/8am) feeling happy/positive/rested/excited and ready for my day :) Anxiety: I was taking smaller doses in the am or before meeting friends/going to appointments to 'uplift'/calm me but I'm not 100% certain how or if the CBD was really addressing my anxiety. Conclusion: CBD oil is a kind of 'supplement'. Anyone suffering with anxiety should understand that the oil may have some calming affect but it's not a miracle solution and is probably best used along side introspective work. I don't think CBD will 'fix' anxiety. I still felt anxious in situations after taking it. Perhaps not as heightened as usual but whatever change it may have had it hasn't been as drastically noticeable as with my sleep improvements. It depends where your anxiety is stemming from, eg: social: I still need to address my fears behind social situations. MAYBE I need a bigger dose for anxiety but then I'm inching closer to a dose I take for bed. Overall thoughts: I feel generally more docile. I've noticed i'm more relaxed, my mind is calmer. I wish it wasn't so expensive and lasted longer, however, I feel very satisfied with the quality of the product AND understand you're paying for quality!! I'm usually quite sensitive to what I put in my body so I was surprised I needed the recommended 15 drops but also not complaining - just a note on how dosage with vary person to person The only CBD oil I've bought before was around £20 for 10ml from eBay and it did nothing so I initially felt dubious buying from Bristol CBD (as I would have from any supplier) but I'm really happy with my experience and will absolutely be buying from them again. Customer service/info: Their website has lots of information and when I called them for advice on what oil to buy they were very helpful and quick to respond via email too. Delivery: I think it arrived within a day or two which was great. Highly recommend :) thank you to the owners! I felt you deserved a decent review x
