Well after my last review in which I complemented Bristol CBD on the service and prompt delivery but had reservations as I hadn’t tried the oil. First thing I noticed on trying the oil was the intensity of the oil compared to what I had been used to and after two weeks of using it I’m pleased to say it is working and giving me relief from the arthritis that I have problems with. My initial concern and probably still is the quantity for the price but saying that I’m taking less so it’s balancing itself out. I’m also about to order another delivery. Not only are the products great the time you spend on the phone with individuals is great. I spoke to Anand today and it was like a one to one consultation, I was pleased to be listened to but more than this I felt heard. I use the gold product and highly recommend it. Also the dark cacao chocolate works well for me, half a bar makes two mugs or one large hot chocolate. It’s a fantastic and tasteful way to absorb cbd into your body. Met the owner at a Christmas market in Bristol, he was so friendly, informative, not pushy at all just recommended whatever I buy make it organic. I bought the 5% for anxiety and sleep and been using it for just under a month. I was sceptical at first but I am so impressed with the result, I feel more relaxed, my heart rate feels calmer and for the first time in so long I have had a less interrupted night's sleep. Great product and super quick dispatch and delivery!

Genuine contactable owner, had a small NON- product related problem with an order. He personally looked into it, admitted there was a flaw with the "faster order" system. He took immediate action and basically made me feel that he genuinely cared.I have ordered again as the product is wonderful and you must try the chocolate bars as well!
