I absolutely LOVE the 300mg oil that I received from Bristol CBD. I usually take a few drops before I go to sleep. I would highly recommend Bristol CBD as they are an independent company based in the UK and have great ethics and highly helpful customer service if you're a newbie to CBD Oil (like I was!!) I suffer from low to medium level anxiety, over-thinking and general dwelling on things for too long. I very quickly found that a dose of Bristol CBD oil really took the edge of of a busy mind, or an over-active brain and allowed me to function without so many thought distractions. It also helps me to sleep if I have a very busy brain and take it just before bed.

I have tried many CBD oils but the CBD oil from Bristol CBD has a very mild taste so it is by far the best tasting, the oil itself really helped out with my involuntary muscle spasms from my mixture of strong painkillers (stopped them completely), it also helps with my social anxiety and insomnia. I couldn't recommend Bristol CBD enough! They have such a huge passion for high quality products and the customer care and aftercare is second to none.

Love this stuff. Really good quality, I didn’t have any side effects but it really helped with anxiety and also acne applied topically.

I started using this for my peri-menopausal symptoms of anxiety and help with my general mood and sleep. I had tried HRT patches for a month and they did help, however it made my periods heavy again which is what I had sorted with a coil.. so this defeated the object of the coil! Also I freaked myself out about the possibility of breast cancer even though I knew the risk was low. So I thought I try the oil... It’s been about 2 weeks, and the results have been really good. My overall mood has improved, and although I can still feel anxious it’s controllable. I will maybe try increasing the dosage.. I currently do 3 sprays of 5% oil three times a day and I feel any anxiety dissipate in about 20minutes. Sleep is really good now too!! Also doing yoga once a week now, plus I have the calm app... just to give you an all round picture! I feel like it’s a more natural way of coping!! Thank you Bristol CBD OIL & Good luck! 😊
