I strongly advise against dealing with this company. My personal experience with them was terrible – I purchased a $719 bedframe, but not only did they fail to deliver it, they also provided a fake tracking number. Getting a refund proved impossible. The company's actions are unacceptable and can seriously impact people's lives. I've taken steps to report them to Fair Trading and have even hired a hacker to address the issue. It's essential to be sceptical of positive reviews, as they might be fake. My main goal is to ensure others don't go through the same ordeal, and I'm committed to preventing the company from operating in Australia. Be cautious and share this information to prevent others from facing similar problems.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased 30th oct after being told it would take 2weeks. 2 months later and nothing. I have honestly tried to contact them over 100 times. No one answers their phone ever, no response to txt or online msg. Emails are rare and state they want to help rhen they ghost you. THIEVES! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I never write bad reviews but I am very frustrated with this company. I wish I looked at these reviews before I made any purchase. They said they will send my items but the end of the week and I have followed up three times and have heard NOTHING. I don’t understand how a company like this is still operating.

If I could rate them a 0 I would but I even think that isn’t low enough considering the experience I have had via their customer service. I paid $4000 for 2 bed frames back in September and after they received my payment have since ghosted me. They never reply to my emails, their phone number is either cut off or doesn’t ring and when I can finally get in contact with them they make promises they can never keep, miss deadlines or have short copy and pasted answers. I was originally told the end of November, then the first week of December, then the following week another response saying their has been further delays and now I’m not even getting a response as to when this will be completed. I have left voicemails and never received a call back, booked appointments for a phone discussion with someone which never called. This place is a scam and I am in constant panic that my $4000 has now vanished. I have no idea how this company is running and how they can treat people like this after taking their money. After reading the other reviews it’s so disappointing this has happened to so many people I just want my money refunded. Please anyone else considering ordering something be warned STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!

Omg ! I m so frustrated with these ppl .i ordered bed from them more than a month ago. N yet haven’t received my bed. When I contacted them for refund . They kept me hanging for another month. I told them that I am gonna report them to ACC and they said they gonna refund my money. It’s been 3 weeks further n we are still waiting . It’s been 3 months . Caused so much stress and unnecessary time wasting chasing these fraud ppl around . They deserve 0 star but I can’t select that . Please don’t buy from them . Please report them . They are online fraud . They are not running businesses but a scam to steal money from ppl who want to save some money .

They replied to my initial post, stating they haven't received any communication from me. I'm willing to share the 12 emails and online messages I've sent inquiring about my order! Following my review, they apologised, acknowledged it was an oversight, and said they are resending my order. However, they have once again gone radio silent. PLEASE LODGE COMPLAINTS WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS!!!!

Wish I had read reviews first. Placed order for upholstered queen bed frame on Dec 1. Paid through PayPal. The item was in stock. Dec 14/15 sent emails, messages to both their landline and mobile....no responses at all. Having read the reviews I'm getting really worried. In my last message I asked for order cancellation and a full refund.

Ordered a gas lift bed frame after being scammed from a different company. Bedroom factory were genuinely a breath of fresh air, my bed frame was delivered in a decent timeframe (a little bit over estimated but it was during peak time so understandable). And when I got a little confused on putting it together the customer service team were incredibly lovely. Same thing when I lost the instructions and needed to take the bed apart and put it back together after moving. Couldn’t recommend them more frankly. An amazing quality product

Customer service was excellent, even the txt message enquires were answered quickly. As I've just received mattress, I haven't slept on it yet, so will update this review if need be, but looks ok so far. Quick delivery (within 2wks) but couldn't seem to track the order with the courier - they didn't update it. Reasonable price. Happy so far - see what happens when it's settled for a couple of days and I try it out 🙂

Ordered 2 beds with 2 - 6 day delivery stated on the website. 3 weeks later, kids are still sleeping on the floor. Wishing I had of checked the reviews first as it seems theres 100’s of us. Nothing but lies from the bedroom factory and Amber, (my friend in the bedroom).. not sure how they get away with this? Constant promises of a tracking number, constant assurances it will be delivered on Monday, hey, even a fake offer of a $80 PayPal refund, that was canceled days later. Lies lies lies. I have contacted media who have had similar, so if you’re in the same situation, reach out!

I ordered in October. Was told order would arrive before November. End of October, I contact company to follow up on lack of shipping notification. It takes multiple days, finally, 30 Oct I get a shipping confirmation email. But the tracking number does not work. So I follow up again. Am told it is scheduled to be delivered 6 Nov. Never shows up. Call shipping company. They have no record of that tracking reference. Follow up again. Speak to two different people who are unable to find confirmation my order ever shipped. Get offered refund. Take them up on that. That was a month ago, and I still have no refund despite contacting them multiple times across multiple different channels. NSW Fair Trading tried contacting them on my behalf, and received no response. They would rather write a whole web page about how everyone writing reviews is awful, than actually fix the problems that are causing the poor reviews.

Ordered bed for my son back in september, still no delivery. You can't speak to anyone, they don't respond to messages. I've finally managed to get in contact with someone & was told that its out for delivery almost 2wks ago. Still not received, have asked for courier & consignment details & no one is responding now. I'm so frustrated with such poor customer service, would not recommend buying anything from here

If you are in WA don't ORDER! I was reluctant to order with all the negative reviews, however, NATE advised me my items were in stock & would be shipped to WA the same week & I received an email with a non existent tracking #. After numerous emails back & forth I got the reply that they don't do WA orders anymore. And that it was outlined before! Well it wasn't outlined when I ordered & paid my money. So then starts the numerous emails for a refund, luckily I used paypal. However, 3-4 times refund was processed then cancelled by BF's bank. Finally 8 weeks after paying I urged paypal to push the refund through. and now I have received the refund. Amber was courteous in trying to assist with the refund but reasons why refund kept getting cancelled were different to what paypal was telling me.

Non-existent customer service. I’m not even sure if this place is even a real company at this point. I have only received automated email and chatbot replies after multiple attempts to contact them about a bed frame I purchased almost 2 weeks ago. They promise a “2-6 business day delivery” (to Melbourne) which I haven’t received any notification of since sending them my hard-earned money. I’ve now requested a refund multiple times to which I have received no human response to. Communication is key in customer service and transparency is appreciated in consumer experience.

Ordered a bed worth $4000 on 3rd July. Was told it would arrive by 7 Aug. Since then I have been absolutely battling to get any sort of reply from this company. Literally impossible to get any response. Now I’ve had to lodge a dispute with my bank, and my bank approved the dispute and refunded me. In summary, I’ve spent 4 months battling this company and my end result is no bed, and a refund only after disputing the transaction with my bank. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Bedroom factory also know as wyldhq Do not under any circumstances buy from this company The item was promised in 4 to 6 days it never arrived after a number weeks and a number of emails I was advised it would be another week as it was out of stock and I would be kept updated which didn't happen. The item I ordered was not in stock and after numerous text messages, messenger messages and 28 emails sent with generated responses or very few responses. Eventually after few weeks I cancelled the item . After numerous emails and texts still no refund I made a claim through PayPal and even then had 3 cancelled refunds from this company. I was informed that refund was cancelled because the company "did not have enough money in their account or they cancelled the refund" I finally got a refund and it cost me a small fee to transfer money into my account. Unfortunately I read the reviews after purchasing from this company. It is very disappointing from what is supposed to be an Australian company. UPDATE: The response below received from Bedroom Factory is making light of my complaint. It neither funny, appropriate or professional. Why would something like this be joked about. It is no way to run a business (basically dismissing a complaint and making a joke of it) I would like to reiterate do not purchase from this company.
