Australia | 22 October 2023I have overseas people arriving in 4 day , was promised a quick delivery still no bed , I wish to rather get my money back to buy from a place that actually care and are not full of excuses , this is unacceptable honestly . I am thinking of going to a “current affair” because people cannot be treated like this with no communication or knowing the next step !!!!

Australia | 17 October 2023I ordered a new mattress (the Luxe Euro Plush Top 5 Zone Mattress) and it arrived just under a week later. It is genuinely the best mattress I've ever had. It is semi firm but still bouncy and soft, and taller than my last mattress. My partner works overnight shifts and it was really important to me to find a mattress that will help him rest throughout the day, as he has back pains as well. This mattress is perfect for both of us. Thank you bedroom factory for the quick delivery and the great quality :)

Australia | 07 October 2023I was happy with the customer service (via email) and the product quality (good value for money). However the delivery took longer than expected. The email confirmation said 2-6 business days for delivery but it was more like 12-14 business days.

Australia | 05 October 2023Ordered a bed on 23/08/2023 and still awaiting on shipment. Have contacted way too many times with constant email bounce backs. Was advised I would receive tracking within 72 hours but 4 weeks later after constantly emailing I finally received tracking for the frame. Got delivered on the 04/10/2023 but Mattress was missing. As soon as I emailed to advise the mattress was missing within 5 minutes I had a separate tracking number to advise it had been shipped separate. Advised I was not happy with their service and they organised express shipping with the courier company. I then contacted the courier company directly and they advised the ETA is not until 09/10/2023 and there was no request for urgent shipping. And now they are not replying to any emails I have sent with continuous bounce backs. Advised I would like compensation and yet to hear anything still. Not sure why they advertise 6-10 days delivery when I have now been waiting almost 7 weeks. WHAT A JOKE! Will be taking this further!

Australia | 21 September 2023I would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered almost 3 months ago and was initially told it would ship within 7 days. I have emailed on two separate occasions requesting dispatch updates and am continuously told they are expecting “stock and dispatch by the end of the month”. Worst customer service and lack of communication. I shouldn’t have to be the one chasing the order, the company should be updating me if they are having delays. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take this bloody long. Ffs.

I had to give a rating to write a review. So based on everyone else here it is! such a shame, beautiful products.

Australia | 17 September 2023Just as most of these reviews have said, this company SUCKS and would not recommend ordering from them! I have constantly been told that my order will be shipped with tracking within 48hrs, I have been told this three times now and still nothing. Then they changed it to 72hrs, it’s been and gone with still nothing! I am starting to believe this company is a scam and will not send my order. If this company isn’t a scam, they should be ashamed at how they have been running this company and treating their clients. You say that the order is shipped within 2-7 days of the order, how hard is it to do this? Every time I have enquired about my order I am given promises and told it is already packed and ready to be processed, why the lies?? If there is something that is happening behind the scenes then be transparent with your customers DO NOT lie to your customers. In today’s economy, money is tough! We saved up for this bed as we fell in love with the style and now we are left with no bed and obviously you’ve kept our money. My wife is also 6 months pregnant and we’ve been having to sleep on our spare uncomfortable bed while we wait for our bed to arrive, her back is bad and she is very uncomfortable. We just want our bed!!

I found a good image of bed frame here in bed factory and decided to buy on 11 August as the website of Bed Factory states that the delivery of product is within 7 working days. my decision has become worst decision to buy the product here on-line. No product delivery and No communication channels are available so far. I tried to contact them via email, chat on line and instagram message and nothing returns til now. Is there any area to claim this company? I really want my product or my money back please!!!!!!!!! Answer please!!!

Australia | 31 August 2023ordered a Queen Bed Frame on 19th June received multiple emails stating that tracking details will follow in 72 hours. I was then told that my item had stock issues. They offered a refund or a replacement with a different style. I still wanted to believe in this company so stupidly opted for a replacement. I had to chase them for a follow up. It was then AUGUST by this time, having given up home on receiving a bed from them i requested a refund. This was on the 14th August. It is now the end of August and I have no received any refund or confirmation of funds being transferred despite my follow up email being responded to by "Mel" stating that the funds would be transfered in 2 business days. This was such a terrible experience and i am so disappointed in myself for believing in this "Australian" company. They should be shut down.

I have tried to email and call but both have gone unanswered. This is not a good company. The customer service sucks and I am starting to believe that I have been scummed!

When I first contacted them they answered straight away and Alex helped me a lot but now won’t answer at all.

You try and ring and you get a voicemail. There is no call back or response from them, absolutely disgraceful, Shame on them

Australia | 04 June 2023Hopefully people read these reviews before the EOFY sales begin so they don't lose their hard earned money. Purchased the King Size Marvel Gas Lift Bed Frame, Velvet Taupe on May 11. Hadn't heard anything in regards to despatch so I had to chase it up after the 5-7 day delivery period had since passed. Reached out on May 26 (11days since purchase) for a follow up and ETA. Received a reply on May 29 informing us that our chosen color was out of stock but if we would like to change the color, the bed frame would be despatch shortly. (On the Bedroom Factory website it would show our chosen bedframe and color had 2 in stock. I understand now that this is a ploy by the company to keep orders coming in with no intention of actually fulfilling them) We declined and decided to wait for our Velvet Taupe bed frame. On May 31 I received an email saying our order has been processed, only to find out that they had changed our order to a King Size Edward Gas Lift Bed Frame, Velvet corduroy Grey color, which we did not approve and cost $38 less and yet they didn't process a refund for the difference. Same day I emailed kindly asking BF to please fulfill our original order and for an ETA. Recieved a generic reply saying they had sent out the order, the wrong order I had not authorized. That was the last straw, at which point we asked to cancel our order and process a refund. It's been 5 days now and no reply. There is tracking information on the invoice but judging from all the other reviews here, I am not holding my breath on a bed actually being delivered. I will be pursuing a full refund, report it to my bank as a fraud claim and also lodging a complaint with the ACCC which you can also do the same STAY AWAY AND WARN OTHERS. YOU'LL BE LUCKY TO GET WHAT YOU HAD ACTUALLY ORDERED OR EVEN TO SEE YOUR MONEY EVER AGAIN.
