I have never used this site before, and therefore was leery on ordering from them. I had to do research to make sure they were safe first, and I can assure you they are safe to use! My Crystal of my family came in a beautiful box with a small cleaning cloth! The presentation of the crystal was amazing! It’s a little pricy, but you won’t be disappointed. A lot of pride goes into making these, and I was shocked at how beautiful it was, especially when it is sat on a led light base. I purchased an after market one, and it looks really nice! I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

For what it is, the product was very detailed. I do believe the picture was a little smaller than what I was envisioning. The cube itself is also smaller than expected, but that was the size I ordered, for whatever reason, I was expecting a little bigger. I would recommend a picture of what it would look like on the website. There was a thumbnail picture, but it was not big enough to grasp what it would look like or if I would want to make any changes. Would I order again, probably, but I would do things a little different.
