I received a gift of a 3D crystal engraving of San Jose City Hall. It is absolutely the most wonderful work of art I have ever seen. The details and craftsmanship work is astonishingly accurate and elaborate.

I have just received my order and WOW it is absolutely stunning and I am soooo impressed with the delivery service, customer services, everything. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Upon receiving the crystal, it had a slight scratch in the picture and I got in touch with a customer service representative by the name of Mellissa to address the concern. Getting started on this order was a bit of an issue. It was difficult to get feedback and responses to questions. The order process was not real clear to me BUT, that being said the final product was excellent. Work completed fast, and delivery was very quick too. The end result was fantastic. Better that we had hoped for. The light box also makes a very nice addition. If it was not for getting the order started needing a bit of work, this would have been a 5 of 5.

I ordered a Crystal with a lighted base for my Wife's just before Christmas. Her birthday was 4 Jan. The crystal arrived on time but the lighted base was missing. This company is excellent! I have ordered multiple items and they arrive promptly. The one time I had an issue was with a cracked ornament that broke in transit, and I was traveling to Canada to take that ornament + 3 others as gifts. Customer Support arranged for an expedited production of a fresh ornament and delivery straight to me in Canada, so I didn't disappoint a grandchild. Top notch service!
