From day one the staff have been nothing but attentive, nothing has been to much trouble and the girls always go above and beyond to help us. Moving from another office has been such a smooth transition the girls helped get our team set up quickly and efficiently From all of us at the Coltech team :-)

R&G Espinosa have been in Birchin Court for just over three years. Throughout that time we have received a service which has known no limits. We are only a small company, yet, we have been looked after in equal measure to those larger companies located in Birchin Court. The Centre Team, treat all clients as Blue-Chip clients, no matter how big or small we are. I believe that this is driven not only from a business ethos of One Avenue, but also from the nature of the people who One Avenue employ. Emma and the Centre Team strive very hard to build a strong and lasting friendly relationship with your clients. Yet, they also manage to keep the professionalism of a business relationship. This is a very difficult balance to maintain, and I believe that The Team manage it very well indeed. Having worked in numerous offices in London over the past few years we are very happy to have finally found ourselves a home for the future. From the moment you enter the building you are treated to the highest level of hospitality which is very similar to that of a boutique hotel. The entire team (Lili, Molly, Sam & Sylvia) work together to cater for all your needs and feel like an extended branch of our own business. Our office has been completely redesigned to personalise it to our own unique requests and to make it “our” office. I could not recommend Finsbury House enough for any business who is looking for a City Centre office which represents professionalism and class.

What a location! great to get around London and perfect for customers to come and visit us. The staff are always very helpful and keep your spirits high with a friendly face. They organise regular events such for networking to meet other companies within one avenue and which will open new business opportunities for all. Recommend any company big or small if your looking to move to come and have a look. I'm sure you will be sold as soon as you walk in.

We have been a client of One Avenue for just over a year; having just renewed our contracts for a further 24 months.
