After viewing around 10 other sites locally, I chose Dawson House as our base for the past 18 months and I couldn't be happier with the decision. My experience of this establishment was exquisite. The staff are freindly and very welcoming, even treating me to some biscuits and a superb latte. Could not recommend highly enough, I shall definitely be visiting again soon!

I have had the pleasure of working from offices in a number of One Avenue buildings over the last 8 years. My company are currently based in Birchin Court and I can't recommend it enough. The building itself is lovely, with a brilliant location in the City, but what makes this place a pleasure to work from are the caring and attentive staff. Alida and her team will always go above and beyond to help us if we need support. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it genuinely is a five star service with a smile. There is always a fun event or activity going on to brighten up your week. I particularly liked the free festive hot chocolates and mince pies at Christmas time! I would highly recommend One Avenue and Birchin Court as an office provider, my company have remained with them for many years and I believe we will be hard pushed to find anything comparable in London.

What can be said about the Birchin Court team...? Simply a warm ray of light that shines through on a cold winter's day, brightening up even the dullest of Mondays. Their decorum matches that of their service and the impeccable interior of the building in which we all work. Over the past year, they have elevated our shared meeting rooms, bringing in a level of sophistication and warmth, creating both a peaceful and productive working environment. Combined with a top-class service, they often host small gatherings and provide tasty treats and snacks that bring their clients together, adding much-needed fuel for a busy schedule ahead.

The team at Birchin Court could not be better, from the initial move in meeting to our everyday hello’s - the team are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The team at Dawson House are fantastic - always helpful and very supportive of their clients' needs. The facilities are well thought out and lovely decor - you feel very confident in bringing clients into the space and that they will be impressed! Six months into our contract, the onboarding process was great and the team have been very supportive throughout the term. In a different league to a lot of the serviced office providers I've seen, would definitely recommend.

We have been at 57 Southwark Street for 2 years now, since the companies inception and the building and staff have become a huge part of us. Indre, Niamh, Ellie and Mary are always on hand to help wherever they can and go above and beyond to take away any stress of a working day that they can. They are friendly, approachable and will always get answers and resolutions as swiftly as possible. Facilities are fantastic and the team are always thinking of ways to improve. They have supported us with charity events and work collaboratively on a number of projects. Thoroughly recommend!

During my time working as Security supervisor at Birchin court the One Avenue business support team have been a pleasure to have as occupier's. They are a very friendly and polite team that always provides a high level of customer service and dedication to meet their clients needs.
