Bigvits sent the tablets to Yodel without the full address. This led to big problems getting the item delivered.

First time buying from this company but was seamless and relatteasy to find what I was looking for.

I have not ordered anything from this company but did submit my email address to them for a discount code to be used on my first order. Within 24 hours I started receiving numerous scam emails not directly from this company but from other 'vendors'. During this time I had not given out my email address to any other website, the origin of this issue must be with this company or one of their employees. I am now receiving 2 or 3 scam emails each day and I can't stop them. They can be re-directed to my scam folder but the situation is not ideal.

I have been taking these capsules (obtained from your selves)and was going to run out so I ordered some more.The ordering was easy and soon you informed me that the order was being sent.The delivery was however very poor-I was informed that attempts had been made to deliver but failed and I kept emailing them and was told via email that delivery would be made”today “-this went on for several days and I found it very frustrating that despite asking if someone might ring me no one did.I was very pleased that your company published a phone number and ultimately tried to phone you but it was the weekend so I tried again on the Monday having heard your message.I got through to you on the Monday and was very pleased to speak to your lady who was extremely helpful.About an hour after I’d spoken to her I was phoned by a gentleman who lives about 5 miles from me to say he had a parcel for me delivered to his house.It was good that the address label you generated included my phone number.I went to his house and the parcel was my egg shell membrane capsules.If he hadn’t kindly phoned me I don’t think I would have them yet and I still haven’t heard anything from Yodel.What I’m trying to say is that your company was very efficient and helpful but the delivery company was very poor.

My order arrived very quickly but unfortunately I had a problem as the jiffy bag was open and one of my items was missing. However, I got in touch with the company and they were very quick to respond and within a very short time, I had a replacement item. Correspondence was quick and lovely. I would have no hesitation in using this company again...and their prices are very affordable too.
