Great service fast delivery thank you

Instead of using my usual go-to vitamin supplier I decided to search for alternatives. Tradevits Ltd, trading as BigVits stood out from the rest. I checked the company out online and put in an order for almost a year's supply of one of my difficult-to-find tablets. Result: Easy to navigate website, great prices, simple and quick ordering and checkout screens. I telephoned their customer services before ordering to check the 'best before' date. The whole experience was excellent. My order was delivered by my regular Royal Mail delivery person two days later. I have registered as a new customer and look forward to ordering more items from Bigvits.

I have used Bigvits for a number of years now and the service has always been excellent. The products have always arrived extremely fast, well packaged and with a good long expiry date code.

Sometimes things go wrong, and it's important to know that the companies you relied on care about their customers. There was an issue with the customs fees of my delivery. I was asked to pay the duties by the courier, which I did even if the product description on BigVit's website said "Prices include ALL DUTIES & VAT for all our UK & European customers" As soon as BigVits saw my review here on Trust Pilot reporting the issue, they reached out to me and offered to refund the duties (even if I paid cash and there was no proof or confirmation of payment available). Thanks for your help.
