Introcar responded quickly, problem with DHL delivery resolved. DHL attempted to deliver the BRAKE PAD KIT FRONT AXLE on March 23, I was not home. Since then I paid the customs duties as directed but there has been no further attempt to deliver and the response to my inquires to DHL have been less than satisfactory. Still no parts!

Part was great and did the job very well, delivery could have been a day faster, otherwise would have got the full five stars.

Item as expected even if the colour (light green) is different from the original black one. Seems a little lighter also. Thanks anyway, it fits well.

The transport costs are in no relation to the product bought and there are a lot of cheaper solutions for transport.
